Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Last-minute cancellations or appointment changes, especially within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling fees typically range from $50–$100 depending on the treatment and appointment length.

To reserve your appointment, a deposit of 20%–30% of the total treatment cost is required for all treatments.
